We offer a 7-day return policy for unopened products.

If you're not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unopened and in original packaging.

Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened sachets.

Once we receive your returned product, refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

The refund will be credited to your original payment method. For COD orders, we'll issue a bank transfer (bank details required).

We'll replace it immediately at no extra cost.

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged/wrong product. We'll arrange a free replacement shipment right away.
